Brooke Meyers

Brooke Meyers, MSN, RN, CCRN-P, FIG LCP-C is a registered nurse in California. With over fifteen years of nursing experience, she has an extensive history in neonatal, pediatric and adult critical care, flight medicine, and advanced heart failure. Ms. Meyers is currently working as a heart failure quality improvement nurse and life care planner. In her role as a quality improvement nurse, she specializes in enhancing the healthcare continuum, reducing re-hospitalizations, and optimizing clinical outcomes for heart failure patients through evidence-based best practices and data analytics. As a nurse life care planner, Ms. Meyers applies her clinical expertise to develop comprehensive, evidence-based life care plans for individuals with catastrophic injuries and chronic medical conditions. She is well-versed in the complexities of traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other life-altering conditions for both pediatric and adult patients.
With a passion for advocacy and patient-centered care, she is committed to making a meaningful impact in both healthcare and legal settings, ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of support and planning for their future medical care. Meyers Nurse Consulting was founded in 2025 with a mission to bridge the gap between the healthcare and legal system.
